Check the antifreeze/coolant level.
Inspect belts for ware, glaze or fray and hoses for bulges, rot, brittleness or loose clamps.
Check transmission fluid level.
Check engine oil for correct level.
Check the air filter cleanliness.
Check brake master cylinder fluid level and for possible leaks throughout the system.
Check windshield washer fluid reservoir level.
Inspect battery for corrosion and cables condion.
Check power steering fluid level, inspect the pump and hoses for leaks.

Inspect windshield wiper blades for ware, brittleness or hardness.
